Who can use our logo?

Approved Partners: Only authorized partners and affiliates who have been granted permission by Something Halal are allowed to use our logo. This includes companies that have entered into formal agreements or partnerships with us.

Merchants: Only authorized merchants who've on-boarded on Something Halal's platform are allowed to use our logo.

Media & Press: Journalists, bloggers, and media outlets may use our logo when writing about our brand, as long as it aligns with our usage guidelines and is for editorial purposes (e.g., news articles, reviews).

Influencers & Content Creators: Influencers who are part of an official partnership or sponsorship agreement can use our logo to represent our brand in marketing materials, provided they adhere to the usage guidelines. Permission is not required if the content if for recommending or reviewing our brand.

Where can our logo be used?

Website & Digital Media: Our logo may appear on websites, social media accounts, and digital banners associated with your business, provided you are a licensed user or partner.

Marketing & Promotional Materials: The logo can be used in print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and banners that promote our services or align with our marketing objectives.

Media Coverage: Media outlets may use our logo in articles, blogs, or news coverage that is specifically about our company or our products/services.

Product Packaging: Our logo can be used on product packaging or merchandise that features our brand or is co-branded with our company, as part of an official partnership or promotional campaign.

Events & Sponsorships: The logo can appear at events, trade shows, or sponsorships that feature our company or are endorsed by us.

How can our logo be used?

Respect the Clear Space: Always ensure that the logo has enough space around it, free from other logos, text, or images. A minimum space equivalent to the height of the logo should be maintained on all sides.

Proper Scaling: Our logo must be scaled proportionally. Do not stretch, distort, or alter the logo in any way. Keep the aspect ratio intact when resizing.

Correct Color Usage: Use the logo in its official colour palette—primary colour, black, or white—depending on the background it’s placed on. For dark or coloured backgrounds, use the white version of the logo.

Provide Attribution: When the logo is used, proper attribution must be included (for example, "Logo © Something Halal Inc.").

Maintain Visibility: The logo should be used in a prominent position where it can be easily seen and recognized, especially in digital placement, websites, or product promotions.

How can our logo NOT be used?

Do Not Alter the Logo: The logo should never be modified or customized in any way, such as changing colours, adding effects, or altering the design.

  • Example of What Not to Do: Do not add shadows, reflections, or gradients.

Do Not Distort or Stretch: Do not stretch, squash, or distort the logo. Always maintain its proportions by resizing uniformly.

No Overlapping: The logo should never overlap with other images, text, or graphics in a way that reduces its visibility or legibility.

Do Not Use as Part of Another Logo: Our logo cannot be incorporated into another logo or used as a part of a co-branded logo without explicit permission.

No Alteration of Colours: Do not change the logo’s original colours. Always use the designated brand colours (e.g., the logo should never be a random colour or gradient).

Avoid Busy Backgrounds: Do not place the logo on busy, cluttered, or low-contrast backgrounds that make it hard to read or recognize. The logo should stand out clearly and be legible in all applications.

No Unlicensed Use: The logo cannot be used in any unauthorized commercial product, service, or campaign without prior written consent from Something Halal Inc.

No Use in Negative Contexts: Do not use our logo in any context that could damage the reputation of our brand, such as on controversial, offensive, or inappropriate content. The logo should only be used with relevant topics such as the food industry or food tech.
